Final project recommendations were presented at a webinar, hosted by WMRR, on 22nd October 2024. This event attracted nearly 330 registrations from across the circular economy for organics including processors, local government officers, regulators and policymakers.
The webinar presented an overview of strategies that could be employed to improve the quality of recycled organic products in the marketplace. Various roles and responsibilities of the stakeholders and different parties to the circular economy for organics were discussed, stressing the importance of working together towards the shared goal of applying more organics to land in a safe and sustainable way.
